Warming, nourishing organic spinach cooked with red lentil and spices. Great as a multi-dish meal or a standalone working lunch or one-bowl supper.

Ingredients:
Organic spinach, organic red lentils, Kenya green chilli, organic tomatoes, garlic, mustard seeds, ground cumin, ground fenugreek, curry leaves, onion, salt.

Storage instructions:

Keep in fridge – 3 days
Keep in freezer – 3 months
Once defrosted do not refreeze

Heating instructions:

Remove contents from compostable packaging and place in a microwave-safe bowl. 

Microwave: Microwave from frozen for 5 minutes. Stir the contents to check if warmed through. Heat for another 1-3 minutes if needed.

Stove: Place contents (not bag) in a saucepan. Add a tablespoon of water, to stop contents from burning. Warm up on medium heat until the contents are steaming and gravy is gently bubbling.
