A traditional Chinese broth-based soup to restore and fortify mothers after birth. Fish for lean protein, ginger and red dates for warmth, and papaya for sweetness and a boost in milk production. 


Ingredients:
Line-caught haddock, papaya, fish bone broth, jujubes (red dates), ginger, goji berries, fish sauce (anchovies and salt), Shaoxing wine, salt, sesame oil.

Allergens:
Fish, sesame

Storage instructions:

Keep in fridge – 3 days
Keep in freezer – 3 months
Once defrosted do not refreeze

Heating instructions:

Remove contents from compostable packaging and place in a microwave-safe bowl. 

Microwave: Microwave from frozen for 5 minutes. Stir the contents to check if warmed through. Heat for another 1-3 minutes if needed.

Stove: Place contents (not bag) in a saucepan. Warm up on medium heat until the contents are gently bubbling.
