Sip this body and soul warming tea per day to maintain hydration and energy levels post birth and while breastfeeding. 

Ingredients:
Water, Jujube (red date), dried longans, ginger, dark brown sugar

Allergens:
None.

Storage instructions:

Keep in fridge – 3 days
Keep in freezer – 3 months

Once defrosted do not refreeze

Heating instructions:

Decant contents from bag into a mug or saucepan. Do not heat bag directly.

Microwave: Microwave at high heat for 1.5 minutes if defrosted, or 3 minutes if frozen. 

Stove: Add contents (not bag) to a saucepan. Warm up on medium heat until the contents are gently bubbling.
